Where did you hear of this guy? What kind of investing does he specialize in? There seems to be a lot of "guru's" out there that are just riding the Real Estate wave without having much experience in investing themselves...
You need to be careful about who you are buying products from! I'm not saying he is a fraud, but you should do your due diligance...
I think this is his website. Looks like one of your run of the mill "Gurus". All hype, got the PERFECT system for real estate. In reality, I think the only perfect system most of'em have got is the system to siphon cash outta wannabe investors pockets...
