Manufactured Homes??
Here's an idea: some land in my area is excellent but has uninhabitable housing. Might anyone know the advantages/disadvantages of tearing down condemned property and putting up manufactured housing?
Some manufactured housing companies sell 3-4 family dwellings, according to what I've been told.
Any thoughts?

I have never heard on manufactured multifamily housing before. I must admit that I never looked into it. Do you have any company names that do so?
Manufactured homes are also known as modular or prefab homes. An online keyword search for any of these terms pulls up a ton of companies.
For example, manufactured homes led me to Champion, one of the largest companies. They have these affiliates:
The Champion family of homebuilders includes such well-known and respected names as Redman, Moduline, Summit Crest, Silvercrest, Atlantic, Titan, Fortune, Commander, Dutch, Gateway, Advantage Homes, Homes of Legend, Homes of Merit, Chandeleur, and of course, Champion Homebuilders.
I'll try to get more info and post it here as well.
Thanks for your question.
