Manufactured Home Question

I just Leased Optioned a Manufactured home and the park owner says that they will be evicting my tenant in 30 days because they don't have a mortgage and they never applied for Lot Rent properly. The owner told me as long as I showed papers saying the tenant was purchasing than it was ok for them to move in. My tenant has moved in and I now have problems. This is my first Manu home. Is there anything I can do to stop this? :-?

Maybe its just me and I am confused. But why not call the lot owners and find out what it will take for the problem to go away? I am sure there not looking to do a eviction on anybody. Maybe a few wires got crossed when you took over.

Two things I've spotted that might help you:

First, put this on the Mobile Home forum, as it's more of a MH question than a legal one.

Second, in every MH deal you do, in a MHP, always get the pre-approval, in writing of the MHP before you close any sale or lease to any buyer or tenant of yours.

Yes. I am communicating with the parks admin people but they are telling me that the individuals have to leave and than apply for the lot rent.
