Managing The Default Lists

I guess thie question is more for the pros on here who have been doing NOD's for a while. Iam trying to see whats the best way to keep a database of these people.

Iam going to be sending out mailers almost daily, and need to have follows up wanted to know if anyone knows any good softwares to manage this database efficiently and easy.

    Here in CA I use www.countryrecordsresearch.com and a FileMaker Pro database application. That program just did something weird this morning so I'm going to finish my online version that I wrote. It's much better I just need to spend a couple days to finish it.

    You should be able to do it all in a spreadsheet, since a database is essentially a glorified spreadsheet.
