Management Agreement

Does anyone have a rental management agreement that they could share with me? This would be the agreement between myself and the homeowner who wants me to manage their property.

If not does anyone recommend a program/website/person they can refer me to.

Thanks in advance.

if you are a CAR member you might try there.

I had another though. Pretend to be a landlord, and shop some property managers.[ Edited by cjmazur on Date 08/21/2008 ]

Thanks for the input CJ. So is becoming an owner of a fraction of the property(even $10 worth) the only way around this. If so what is the easiest way to make this happen?

Seller/landlords have asked me to help them with "managing" their property before even when I place a tenant buyer into it"where this tenant takes care of all the day to day maintenance and they will need to pay on time to get rent credit". Landlord/sellers just do not want to worry about collecting their money sometimes.

Seems like an easy way to make extra cash without the headaches involved in property management.

    Thanks
