Making Cold Calls
I recently signed up to www.RealtyTrac.com and brought up a bunch of listings of pre-forclosures and have gotten phone numbers and made some calls.
I must say, these people are definately not happy to speak to me.
Most insist they are not in foreclosure or anything of the sort.
Its kinda discouraging...i dont know if anyone has been thru this...
is it normal...some people threatened to call the police on me...geeze lolol
some insight from some more experienced investors would be nice....

You are not the only one recently that has had questions about listing companies that sell outdated lists. I am not accusing RealtyTrac of this but I did use them for a short while when I first started and was not impressed with the results.
Try getting a rapport going with a title company in your area and see if they will email their NODs to you daily.
