Mailing List For Absentee Owners
HI:
I have searched for the past week for a mailing list for absentee owners and very few companies offer this service. They claim that it is very difficult to compile. Can anyone recommend a good company for this. I have calls into Dataquick and Mellissa Data but have not received a return phone call yet.
BTW: I know that I can scan the tax rolls for this information, but I have a full time job. No, I also cannot go on my lunch break because I work too far from downtown and Atlanta traffic is no joke. I have more money than time, so I would like to purchase the list.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try your Title officer. That is how I get mine.

Have you tried looking at www.sitexdata.com, yet? They are a data service provider who specializes in this sort of information. You can definitly pull absantee owner information as well as a slew of other features. You will pay a monthly subscription fee for the service.

Do you have a title company that you work with regularly? If so, ask your title rep for list of absentee owners. They should be willing to supply you with that information at no charge in exchange for your business. Good luck.

I know that here in MD a real estate agent can look up that info in their mls database.
i got all of my absentee owner from the tax appraisal office...
