LV or Not: Hard Money Lenders
Greetings to all!
I would just like to know if someone in Las Vegas knows of any hard money lenders that are good to do business with? If it makes any difference,I have excellent credit. Another question, is it 'ok' to do business with hard money lenders outside your state. Are there any additional risk with out of state lenders? Also, what is the average interest rate for these type of lenders? Is there a nationwide lending company that has a good reputation with rehabbers? Turns out I had more questions than I expected.

Thank you for the quick response. Yes...I do feel lucky, hopefully that luck carries over to my first deal. This website has helped tremendously. Does Vito live in Nevada or does it even matter when doing loans? I would still like to know of the other lenders in LV. I prefer to get my dream team together before I even start looking for deals.
