Low Cost Foreclosures

Hello, Does anyone know where I can purchase foreclosures outright (no bidding) below $10,000? Location is not important.

Thanks

There are bank owned (REO, post foreclosure) properties are available all over Cleveland and other Ohio towns for under $10K. No bidding.

Thanks, My husband actually purchased a forclosed home in Cleveland for $2,600. I was just wondering if there are other states with foreclosure properties in that price range.

What does it take to get these in rentable shape? Are they in awful areas?

Yes. He purchase a two bedroom home. We did our own due diligence before we purchased the property. There are no liens, the title is clear. The property is not set for demolition. We sent out an inspector. The property only needs minor repairs.

He won the property on E-bay. He is a very experienced bidder. But now E-bay is flooded with newcomers who are not experienced in bidding resulting in higher prices.

As mentioned above you can go to Detroit for properties in the price range. Check out this free course a good friend of mine is giving away today:

Thanks for the link. I actually own that software but lost the serial number for it. So I figured if I could find a template that covers most of what I am doing it would save me the hundred bucks of rebuying the software (yeah gotta rebuy since i never registered it.. shame on me). Thanks for the link though.

Yeah, I did the same. Unfortunately the version of the product I bought was a bit old and I was informed they do not "support" that product anymore. Anways, Since the time of my topic I have bit the bullet and bought the software again.

Good software, long term support blows. DONT LOSE YOUR ACTIVATION CODES!

Well the key to this whole thing is of course money. IE... I can show the process has worked and will continue to work however I need money to make it work. Unfortunately I am cash poor so its not possible for me to have much "skin" in the game.

I figure if someone were to approach me with my idea and structure it the same way I have ,,,, I would want to see a business plan. So with that I decided to create one.
