Lot Split
I started in Real Estate about 1 year ago (Licensed by the DRE, Dept of Insurance, NASD). I have come accross this property in LA County, 4 units/8 Bedrooms on two homes.
How difficult would it be to split the lot? The homes have separate garage and I am thinking I could create two separate duplex units. Any suggestions???
contact the zoning and planning ans ask what the area will allow
I would also love to hear anyone that attended this seminar. It was the only time he was ever going to do one of these seminars- damn I missed it!
