Lost $100,000 Note
I am the Beneficiary on a Deed of Trust securing a note for $100,000 which is due and I may have to foreclose. The problem is I can not find the Original Promissory Note. I do have a copy of the note and Modifcation of Terms with all signatures. The $100,000 question... Do I need to the Original or is there a way to foreclose with the copy?
