Loss Mitigation Case In Chitown-Need Help!!
Forgive me if this post is illegal!!!!!
I have a Loss Mitigation Prospect in Chicago the trouble being - tadaaaa, I don't have an office or an affiliate in that area.
The deal looks like this: Lady on Social Security has two properties. One is a vacant rental on which she was getting $900 a month rent. Her PITI $260 a month $60K FMV , tenants did about 8K in vandalizing.
She now lives out of state but her home has FMV of $80K with $400 PITI.
She is motivated because she has an APR 8th court imposed deadline to settle with lender.
I need a kind, experienced, honest investor to help me with this case and who won't circumvent the process. This is a paying job for the right person to help me find this lady a solution.
