Loss Mitagation Dept - Is This A Place For Good Leads?
I was wondering if anyone has had sucess in contacting anyone at the loss mitagation dept and were they cooperative in sharing who was abt to go into foreclosure? Since the banks are aware of these situations before things are documented at the courthouse, I was wondering if this was a good place to start for some pre-foreclosure leads or if i'd be wasting my time.

Banks are beginning to become more knowledgeable about what properties are worth. Unless they properties they have, have been bank owned for a good amount of time, then it may not be worth it. But you never know

Banks have very strict regulations on what they can and can't disclose. I don't think they are able to give that kind of information out to you. But if someone is able to squeak it out somehow please share.
