I am in Tampa too. The only advise for you is proper education followed by bird-dogging. If you got both, then you should know how to proceed from there. Good luck.

I have a course that I purchased that talks about flipping contracts and bird dogging.

If you have a specific deal on the table let me know I can walk you through it or if the deal is in my arena I will utilize you as a bird dog. The best teacher is experience, once you are familiar with the material here get out in the field. Hrash is a good person to bird dog too as well but I am sure he will want a particular deal to help with as well.
