Looking To Finance Multi Use Building
I am about to use equity in my residence to finance a down payment on two investment properties. They should close in about a month. However, I have just entered into another contract for a third property, and although the equity I have is enough to cover a 25% down payment, since I will have just closed on the two investment properties, pulling that cash out so soon could be a challenge. Any ideas? Anyone able to help in such a situation (private investors perhaps, or a broker who could arrange a first and second loan etc)?

Check with your local mortgage broker, or even advertise in the newspaper for private loan. They will want to be well compensated to help you out - 10-15% I've been told
You can also search the internet for "hard money", a term that refers to private money loans.
