Looking For

would like to get feed back as to where to get comps. I am also looking to get a copy of an "authorization to release information " form. any and all help is appreciated. cool smile

    Comps MLS or Realtor
    Form : just type up a simple one line statement and get borrower to sign

    It takes a little more time than if you have a realtor connection, but if you need to run comps yourself without looking through MLS, you can generally go through the property appraiser's office. Most counties have this information available online. It takes a bit more work, as you have to weed through refis and other anomalies (gifting, foreclosure sale, etc.), but it's doable.
