Looking For That Last Piece To Make This Deal Fly
Hey everybody i was wondering if somebody out there could refer me to a seasoned professional who is experienced in doing refinance cash out purchases.
I have a property already chosen in the 9-10.5 million dollar range. The seller is willing to cooperate with the refinance / cashout purchase agreement. I have a credit about 790.
What I would like to do is of course get something without personal recourse. The building does very well for itself and could support a 10.5 million dollar loan and still cashflow.
does anybody out there know of a person in CT / NY who has the legal contacts and the financing chops to put something like this together?

just trying to understand, if if go zone s closed, hoe can you get a go zone investor?
There are LIHTC and other credit funds, is there for GO credits?
