Looking For Subject TO Or Terms People..
Hello Everyone,
I invest in real estate all across the United States. I get so many leads I cant follow them all. I would be interested in partnering with other investors who use the 'Subject To' strategy as their approach. My personal business consists of 'wholesaling' properties and I am doing quite well. My problem is that I have too many leads where there is an opportunity to do a deal bases on a 'terms' basis instead of cashing out equity.
