Looking For Some Experienced Assistance
Hello everyone!
I have been on TCI for months, I have a very good working knowledge of REI and the process and I am even experienced with TIC, 1031 and tax laws regarding REI.
I have a serious problem with putting my REI plans into action and would love some assistance. I find the best way to learn is to be hand on...if anyone in South Florida needs help putting together a deal or anything at all related with REI please contact me. I really would like to be involved.
I would also suggest that you join a local landlord/investor/financial club in your area. Start networking and things over time will happen.
I second what donnie said. Network with your local investor club(s).
