Looking For Some Advice
I am really new to all of this, and I guess I am really hesitant to step out and just do it. So I decided to search the internet and try to find some solutions, that is when I stumbled here. I have no money to invest, terrible credit, and huge debts that I am trying to get out of. I've been reading this book by Peter Conti & David Finkle, that I bought 2 days ago, and never put it down until I finished it today. I am very nervous that I wont have all or some of the proper forms. Where do I go to get these forms, and what will I need? My first couple deals I am hoping to just grab a few forclosures or pre-forclosures then flip them or short sale them to another investor for quick cash until I get the funding to help me along the way. Like I said before I am BROKE! What kind of legal forms and contracts should I be expected to have? Thank you all in advance for your replies

Look into Bird-dogging!! You will find tons of iformation in the forums regarding this topic. Find an investing techique that appeals to you, learn it and execute. REI is not easy but it is simple.

What part of the country do you plan to invest in?
I am planning to invest in the Southern PA area as well as the Baltimore MD area. I am not worried about the investing area of the deal, I just need to know what kind of forms I need as well as how to get a hold of them. Can I make them myself or download forms off the internet and use them?
Try to get a free consultation from a RE lawyer, take the forms you found on the net and see what it would cost for him to review them and make the legal in your state.
buy John Locke's Sub To Manual, it will be the answer to most of your prayer's. It's a $150, so I hope you have something. It comes with all the forms and teachs you how to make money. Even if you had the proper forms, do you know where to go after that. Get the education and you should be good.
