I am looking for an easy and inexpensive property management program to manage less than 25 units for now (number is growing). Does anyone have any good ideas?

I have been using RentRight. It is adequate, but does have its problems (does not have many autocomplete functions). On the other hand, you get what you pay for and this software is cheap.
