  are you the one with the ad in the paper who splits profits and mostly does fire restoration? Well I will rehab the house if we can find one

  I do run ads in the Cleveland paper for partners but not fire restorations. Partner must bring the project plus all skills to execute it. Otherwise I'll pay a finders fee for rehabs, L/O's, short sales.

  I am in the Madison area. If I provide "ALL" the restoration for a moderate rehab, are you interested in this area?

  I know where Madison Wisconsin is but not Madison Ohio so guess that answers the question. Greater Cleveland area is where I am working.
