Looking For Partner On Deal In W. NC
I currently have a deal in Western North Carolina. It is a foreclosed 2/2 on 2 acres listed 10 months ago at 143,500. AFMV should now be around 150 I can get the property for 99000. It needs about 13k in fixup. If an extra 10k was used to add an additonal bedroom the resell value could be around 160k. What I need is a money man. I do all the rehab myself except on this one there is some excavating that needs to be done. If anyone is interested let me know!

Can you qualify for your own loan? I may be interested in putting up fix up money for share in profits.
