Looking For Particular Financing
I am a investor with a 700+ credit score. I am looking for a lender that can get me 100% NOO, stated or no Doc, and the seller can pay closing or the closing cost can come out of the equity. Hello, my name is JoeAnna and I am a lender in Oklahoma. To answer your question, there is a 100% N/O/O program going stated. The program is an 80/20. However, with this investor and program one can only have four properties financed with them and only a total of 20 financed properties. But if you put 5% down one can go No Doc and can finance as many properties as they want. Keep in mind the interest rate will be a little higher than your FannieMae product but it will also allow you to buy more property since your aren't having to put all as a down payment.
