Looking For Lease In SC
I am looking for a lease or lease option in SC (60 mile radius of Myrtle Beach) to move into for 6-12 months. Option is not necessarily needed. I do need 3 bedroom, with property (min. 4 acres) to keep 3 horses on. Anyone have one or know where I can look for something like this. Thanks
That is high. I recently closed on a $69.5K loan and the closing costs were only $4K and that included insurance and taxes for a year, interest for almost a month, PMI and origination fee of 1%.
What does your HUD1 settlement say that all those fees are?
Also, I would talk to your friend. He should absorb the closing costs. He is getting a rate that no bank would give him especially with poor credit.

Try getting larger down payments at the start and 12 and 24 month periods. Remind him the lender will look at his rent payment when he goes to financing and if he proves he can pay an amount that is closer to what his actual loan would be he has an argument to go ahead with financing should they have doubts.
