Looking For Good Rehabbers In Detroit-Metro Area
I am looking for a few good rehabbers in the Detroit-Metro area to give jobs to. I come across people who are always looking for contractors, etc. and I would like to be able to refer them to some honest people.
Any info would be appreciated! 
I'm afraid you aren't gonna find to many people on this site who are just regular contractors. This is an investor site. Now if your people want someone to learn to rehab and put up the money, I am willing teach them and do all the work/contracting for 50% of the profit. I can usually redo an entire property in 30-45 days. After the 1st deal, we can continue the partnership, or they strike out on their own. P.M. me if you would like more details.
