Looking For Good NJ Deal
I'm looking to find a nice NJ home to structure a deal for. i'd like to be able to assume someone's loan who wants out. i realize that you'll have questions - how much do i want to pay a month, where in NJ do i want to live, etc. so, if ur payment is under $1500/month that's worth hearing about. i'll consider most parts of Jersey as long as it's not right in the line of fire of some gang war. 
as long as it's at least 3br, we should be fine. credit not an issue!
