Looking For Good FHA/C Mortgage Lender-CT - Post BK
Anyone know of a good FHA/C Mortgage lender? I'm looking to buy a new home in the Hartford County area of Connecticut. My FICO credit scores are
Trans=590/Exp=575/Equif=582. I've had a previous Bankruptcy (which included a house) that will be discharged for 2 years as of March 04. I've had 3 credit cards for 2 years (no lates) and a car payment for 10 months (no lates) as of March 04 and rent paid on time for 1 year. I also will have between 5 - 10% downpayment for this loan.
I don't think you will have a problem, just go for it. FHA or conventional, you kust won't get the best rate. Who cares>
