Looking For Forms
I am always looking for new froms that are better than what I have.
I currently am looking for one for the following express purpose.
I have a buyer approved for 85K and a house that needs rehab.
I need an agreement from the buyer to buy the house for me at 85K upon rehab (I already have a verbal).
Most of the forms I have are very generic and I was wondering if someone had one specifically for this purpose?

I use a generic form with a lot of empty spaces that can have either N/A typed in or a specific clause.
I get these forms from a book called 301Legal Forms & Agreements. It also has addendum pages so you have the correct legal terms and be more specific to create the terms you want.
If these don't help you you may want an attorney to draw them up.
