Looking For Creative RE Attorney In W. NY (Erie County)
Hi. I am trying to get my "team" together and don't know where to even begin looking for a good CRE attorney in NY state...preferrably Erie County.

Maybe I can help even though I know nothing about Erie Co, or W. NY.
If you'll find and get active in nearest REI club/group you may find a lawyer or two who are active there, indicating their interest in REI.
Or you'll meet other REI's in the area who can tell you what's worked for them.
