Looking For Buyres Of Lease Purchase Contract
I have tryed to do some lease purchase contract but the major hold up is that my sellers wish to cash out at the time of sale and I am looking for someone or company that would by my contract at a discount you can reach me at **Please See My Profile** with information about your program.

It sounds to me like you haven't engaged with a truly motivated seller yet. But I do honor you for getting out there and getting in the mix. You have taken the toughest step...getting started.
If the seller needs to totally cash out, they are not for you. Keep plugging and you WILL find a motivated seller that will allow you to get control of the property for little or no money out of your pocket (they may want some money down, but it doesn't necessarily have to be YOUR money!)

Remember, hit the library for the 3 month old classifieds. Find the motivated Sellers.... maybe 8-10% of the sellers are motivated... you'll know who is motivated, you dont have to worry about talkin a seller into becoming motivated, you just have to em...
