If you are in a real estate club, you might be able to get a list of your club members from your president

I don't really wholesale, but what about giving them to a listing agent who would be able to sell it at a discount?

If you have MS Office, keeping your buyers list in an excel spreadsheet works for some people. If you are looking into something a little better and have some technical ability, maybe you can make a database with Access.

I am not really a tech wiz myself, but I have been able to make a spreadsheet with Microsoft Excel. You can also do a sort of the data as well.

I sell almost all of my houses through my reia club and I would recommend anyone to do that. Where else can you can and meet buyers on a monthly basis. Good luck.

Why are we trying to keep track of these "buyers" . If they were real buyers and not "tire kickers" we would be closing escrow. The key is to put them in the house whether its CFD, L/O or convent financing. Get them to commit or be done with them.

What you also could do is to write your buyers on a index card and sort them on what kind of properties they buy.
