please refer to my post called "Tampa bird-dog needed". I have included useful info as what investors such as myself may be looking for.
Remember, investors would be interested in Single Family Homes mostly. Homes that looks rehabbed or owned by another investor should not be included.
You also should consider getting the course sold on this website on bird-dogging. I have never had it myself, but rule of thumb is the more educated you get, the faster you get there.
