Looking For Advice
I have a contract on a new home. However, a divorce due to Domestic Violence has forced proceeds from a marital estate to go into a frozen account. My soon to be ex will not concede to relinquishing less than 50% of those proceeds from the frozen account. A judge will not hear this situation out until finalization (in June) I have to come to closing with $40,000 at the end of Febr. I have a no-doc loan and do not need a gift letter but how can I find someone who has access to this kind of money??
