Looking For A Group
I am not totally new to real estate in the sense that I have read book after book after book.......but I am still in the process of selling my first rehab. I am looking for a group to join on this site, but I found none for New Mexico. I live in Las Cruces and would be interested in a group to join or start. Are there any more from Southern NM or El Paso???

I'm with you Scott, my area doesn't seem to have one either - 2002 census shows my county has a population of 390,000 and 161,200 housing units but I guess investors and landlords keep to themselves here
This is a very large investor site so I would expect leads here for local groups. That said I am sure there are other investors in both of the areas cited. Try checking with local agents and lender. Also do a google search as there has to be someone else out there.
Consider starting a club if you find a lot of investors but no local club.
