Looking For A Good REI Club

Does anyone know of a good real estate investment club in or near Vacaville, California? I am a newbie that is looking for a club where I can learn and make contact with other investors.

Thanks,

James

See if you can take the house over subject to the existing financing... Tell him that you will be responsible for the mortgage for now until you refinance.

Now, work on your credit from now until you can get refinanced.

    Then pay off the landlord.

    Good Luck!

You can find an investor by coming to GAREIA, Deal Maker Subgroup. There are tons of investors if the numbers work.

I know the area very well and that area is really appreciating. How do you know that what he is offereing is below the market value. You better be sure before buying the home. Also find out the repair cost and the comps for a an equivalent 3-family home.

If you know they are there then I would do some marketing to draw them out. For example, post signs, place ads in the local newspaper, Check out the Marketing Forum. Also try to find a Real Estate Investors (REI) club somewhere near Waycross. It will probably be in the closest larger city - or you can start one yourself.
