Location of house for wholesaling
I am negotiating with a motivated seller right now that has a property in a nice area but the house backs right up against a pretty busy road (3 lanes each way). What are your opinions and thoughts about contracting a house like this for a wholesale at a good price. I will balk if the price is not good, but this could be something worthwhile. I think I am going to have a hard time looking for a retailer to flip this thing.
