Local Investing Events
Local Real Estate Investing Events has always been a great source of marketing for me. Allowing me to get belly-to-belly with local investors on a consistent basis. Over the years it has been by far the most fun, educational, and profitable strategy for me. Did I mention most of these events are free?
I have recently found a site with nationwide listings of local events that I have come to like. Check it out:

They have a wide range of events and in AZ where I live have a very comprehensive listing of events.
They also take suggestions if you would like to have your event listed on their site

Its a nationwide real estate investing events calendar. I just checked and they have events scheduled in TX as well
