Originators Now Doing 4+ Loans On Residential
I have the same problem. I own 5 4plexes all with mortgages. The 5th one I bought with a loan from a family member and need to refi so I can pay them back. The lenders that do loan on <4 residential properties charge huge fees and higher rates. Did you ever find anyone to do your loan?
....just adding another question to the topic: so, once you go past 4 residential loans, do you "automatically" enter into the commercial arena of banking? or, are you including the original properties 1 thru 4 and 5 thru 10 all to be on the commercial side of banking?
