Deeds vary from state to state. I would touch base with the title insurance company that handled your transaction and get their recommendation on two fronts: (1) which deed they recommend for what you are trying to accomplish; and (2) if the title insurance policy that you received at closing will cover the property within the LLC or whether you would need to purchase an endorsement. Uninsured deeds recorded later can sometimes create future title insurance/closing problems, so its better to touch base with them now.
