LLC With A DBA (doing Business As) Entity
We have a family LLC that deals with building spec houses. We want to start buying lots to hold until we are ready to build so we set up a DBA for the LLC. Will that affect the LLC in terms of asset protection? Also, with an LLC of one of the members is sue for private debts the LLC cannot be touched right?
