LLC,S LICENSE/MD
hello its me again i am about to start my llc management company and would like to know in Maryland do we have to be licensed to have a management co. this question is the only thing stopping me rite now it seems i cant get a straight answer from anyone thanks
You should be able to find out from the state website or a realator friend. I know in CT, if you are only managing properties that you own then you do not need it, however to manage and show apartments that you do not own (i.e. Client) you need to be either a Licensed Property Manager or Realator.
