LLC Question

I bought a lot and plan to build a spec house on it. The construction loan is in my name. What is the best procedure for selling or transferring the loan to my newly formed LLC in order to show that my LLC built the house? I would like to advertise my co. as the builder of the house and also transfer liability on the house. I don't anticipate problems arising within the seven years following the construction, but I think it would be wise just in case. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
