LLC Annual Report
This is my firts year having an LLC. As member of LLC, I was asked that I prepare the Annual Report. What should an Annual report look like and what layout should I use? Thank you for your kind assistance in advance on any information you could provide to me. 
Depending on which state you are in, check with the Secretary of State, or other State entity that you filed your paper work with. They typically have a webpage with forms, or at the very least a helpline.
