LLC And Lease Agreements

I am geeting ready to sign a lease. I have an LLC. Should I use my LLC name as the lanlord or my real name.

    Absolutely have the aggreement made between the tenant and your LLC. This will help protect yourself from the liability if the tenants try to sue you for something.

    Sign your name on the lease as the active agent for your LLC.

    okemos michihan here....you should use the llc and sign your name as member...reduces your liability....good luck on new venture.....it really woerks!!

    How sign depends on how you formed the LLC. If the LLC is manager-managed, sign as the manager of the LLC. If it is member-managed, sign as a member. Check your articles of organization or operating agreement.
