Living Trust For Privacy Purposes
I live in Florida and I have a luxury Townhome is that is being built ready for November. The lender apparently does not accpet land trust, but they do accept Living Trust or Revokable Living Trust. Does anyone have any input using Living Trust as means of holding title and therefore remain confidential? Any better ideas out there?
