Literature/author/guru/seminar review board
Obviosly we can discuss just about anything in the forums, but I think it would be extremly helpful if you had a section where people could look up a RE book and read other people's comments/rating of the book.
Also have most recommended books for specific topics such as L.O., birddogging, subject to, intro to RE, Flipping, wholesaling, retailing, rehabing, SFR's, apartment buildings, etc.
There's lots of outdated, redundant, and useless information out there. It would be nice if we could help each other sort through the crap to get to the gold.

We already have that option in the Shop Area. We will incorporate the ratings more and more once we have more ratings in our database.
The shop area only allows for reviews on things that you sell. This may be how you want it, but I think what hibby is suggesting would be an area where you can post reviews on other specfic gurus and programs (i.e. CS, Ron Legrand Cashflow System, etc.)

One more thing, this would offer a place to point newcomers who come asking about advice on a particular program, seminar, book, etc.

Jason, You can review items outside of what we sell by going to the blue Reviews tab up top and adding in your item.
