  there are service that you can pay for to get this info.
  
  You can always going to the recorder every couple days and print the records yourself.
  
  I have used Dataquick, realquest and a local service or santa clara county call "the blue sheet".

  1. Do you believe it is important to have and maintain credit wothiness???
  2. What are some items you can have with credit worthiness?
  3.How important is is for you to have these items?
  4. If we could improve your credit and mortgage through a simple process that would allow you to better obtain and maintain credit worthiness and these items would you take advantage?
  I do credit repair restoration and building for people so even if they dont want to sell i can still offer them a serrvice. Could someone please ctritiquu this and give me some suggestions

  Too much like the dreaded door to door salesman that gives us a bad name also.
  Telling just a survey when they are just selling something.
  These people have money problems but not all should be treated like they are stupid.
  As with anything a more honest approach would be better.

  Thanks for the feedback. Yeah I scrapped the survey and came with a more straightforward approach. I have no money to do any other marketing and I am not going to make any excuses for myself so I will door knock until I get my first deal. I have a friend who started door knocking last Nov and he has made several deals doing so. The more people that think door knocking doesnt work the better for me and my buddy. Once again guys thank you for the replies

  Door knocking works for anything. Real estate is all about who you know.
