I just went to place an upset bid on a property at the court house” today is the deadline to upset the current bid, but the clerk of the court lady told maybe I want check the deeds again, because after I did my title search about a month ago, on may 18th they deed the property to different person but no money exchanged and no Deed of trust but they deeded the property ways. Have you heard of such a thing, I guess the property does not belong to them anymore, even thought there deed of trust is still not paid off.

You might want to spend a little more time thinking about and then writing your description of the situation. It is a bit difficult to follow what you are saying. What something recorded after May 18th or not?

Sounds like the foreclosure sale was about a month ago, and the defendent waived a deficiency hearing. Therefore, no upset bid and title was promptly delivered to the winning bidder at the foreclosure sale.

transfering title during foreclosure is just another technique to try and deal the auction.

I see people transfer property in a LLC in to the actual 5 owners w/ there respective percentages.
