LIne Of Credit Available
A friend of mine works with Washington Mutual and they are offering lines of credit for businesses where the signer has a 680 credit score. They said I would have to close the line in New York. Do you think this is a good deal for real estate investing. Has anyone ever used Washington Mutual for business lines.
